Am I an employee or an independent business?
An independent business, always. You rent your space and operate under your own name — your pricing, hours, clients, and methods are yours. Olive is your landlord and host, never your employer.
What’s included in my weekly rate?
Furnished space, Wi-Fi, laundry, the coffee bar, 24/7 secure access, common-area upkeep, and the Olive community. Pro and Elite tiers add marketing, photography, and studio access.
Is there a long contract?
No long lock-in. A simple license agreement with flexible terms — founding members receive preferred pricing that won’t be offered again.
Do I have to follow an Olive “system”?
Never required. The tiers, Academy, and Club are opt-in because they grow your business — not because your lease demands it.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Absolutely — they’re yours. Most members bring their full book; the Olive Beauty Club then sends you new clients on top.
What if I’m newer or part-time?
The split-schedule license and new-talent incubator chair are built for exactly that — a lower-cost way in, with room to grow.
